It was 42 degrees with 10-15mph winds this morning.  After Saturday it felt like nothing!  I ran a couple miles before running 1.5 with our new runner group.  Then I ran a few miles with Barry before running home.  Total of 8.21 easy miles.

It was 37 degrees with light winds and a few rain sprinkles this morning.  I ran a couple warm-up miles before doing 3 fairly decent tempo miles.  Then I ran easy and did the last 2 with Lowell and Terry who are going to Boston this weekend.  GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!  I ran 11.22 total miles.

It was 35 degrees this morning with some wind.  I ran 2 miles before meeting up with our beginners group.  WE HAD 21 RUNNERS THIS MORNING!!!  A new record!!!  I think it helped that we bribed everyone with Free Taco coupons for running.  I gave double coupons to the first timers.  I ran 1.5 with the new group and then finished another 7 on my own for a total of 10.66 miles.

It was 31 degrees with really cold winds this morning.  Luckily the snow last night only stuck to the grass and the roads were clear.  I ran 10.63 miles easy.

It was 31 degrees this morning but the winds were much calmer.  I ran 2 miles up to our group run and then 1.5 with them.  We had around 20 again this morning.  The I ran 3 with Barry and Chad and then 3.5 on my own.  Total 10.03 miles.

It was 45 degrees and windy on the top of Buckskin this morning.  We actually saw 2 young moose on the side of the road about 3 1/2 miles in to the run.  They looked like they were about a year old.  We never saw their mom but we were really careful.  We had some strong winds off and on but I had a good solid run, especially considering I ran a marathon last week.  I ran some tempo miles the last 2 1/2 miles in to Inkom and felt really strong.  In total I ran 21.13 miles to finish the week just over 71.
