It was 31 degrees with some wind this morning.  I ran 2.05 miles before I met up with the MWF group.  I ran almost 5 miles with them and then another 1.6 on my own.  Total of 8.61 miles with a couple fast miles thrown in.

It was 44 degrees this morning and VERY Windy.  I ran 10.58 easy as I did not want to fight the wind that much.

I ran this as strictly a training run as part of a road trip with my friend.  The conditions were great until we turned south at mile 16.5.  The next 9.7 miles were against winds steady at 30 and gusting even higher.  I actually felt great at the end and would have easily been under 3:30 if not for the wind.  My injury held up pretty well too.
