It was 31 degrees and snowing this morning.  Luckily, the winds were fairly mild.  I did my Tuesday run today because I have to be in Rexburg fairly early tomorrow and will not have as much time.  I ran a couple miles before I met up with a newer running group Barry Smith started on M-W-F.  I ran 3.5 with them with a couple faster miles thrown in.  I then ran another 6.7 on my own to finish with 12.23 for the morning.  It snowed the whole time.

It was 53 degrees and windy at the top of Buckskin this morning.  YAY....shorts weather!  Barry wanted to tempo the first part of our long run today.  I was tired after the week I have had at work but agreed to do my best.  I was able to tempo the first 11 miles and averaged a 6:56 until that point.  I spent the next 9 miles paying for it as I was really tired and worn out from lack of sleep this week.  I ran 20.68 miles in all.
