It was 8 degrees this morning and there was a fresh layer of snow making it hard to see the slick spots so I opted for the treadmill instead.  I ran 10.00 miles while watching the last half of "Rudy" on the TV.  It was a nice, motivating movie to get me through the run.

It was 1 degree with a frozen mix in the air so I stayed inside again because I wanted a longer run.  I ran 13.25 miles on the treadmill, my longest run of the new year so far.

I ran 10.25 on the treadmill this morning.  I am really excited about my mileage this week.  I feel like I am starting to get that drive back that went missing with my injuries last year!

I had an early conference call this morning so I ran on the treadmill again.  I ran 12.25 miles while watching "Spirit of the Marathon".  It showed up yesterday from Netflix.  I have never seen it before.  It sure made the run go by quickly.
