It was 50 degrees in town this morning.  It felt cooler at the top of Buckskin and there was a steady breeze/wind for most of the way.  It was cloudy so the temps stayed the same for the whole run....it was nice.  I ran 23.05 miles with Barry S. and Greg G.  I held back with them for most of the run so my pace was not exceptionally fast.  That was fine because I am running Park City next weekend.  I did the whole run in just under 2:52.

Great run, held back? Dang, you are going to do AWESOME next week. Good luck at PC! I love that beautiful, difficult course. I will be there running the course as a long training run.

Great run Bill. Your going to do awesome in Park City next week. How's your work schedule this week. Because you've been busy as well.

Bec, I am kind of running Park City as a faster training run as well. I am doing the Pocatello marathon 2 weeks after that and I would like to do well there.

Kory, My schedule has been hectic....but not as bad as yours :) I hope to rest a bit this week to be fresh for Saturday.
