It was a nice cool 48 degrees when I left.......70 when I got back.  The high desert air heats up quick.  I ran 23.15 miles in a nice, steady pace.  I almost had to back track after I turned at Indian Hills.  There was an electronic sign that said the Cheyenne crossing would be closed from 7:00am to 6:00pm on July 21.  I looked at my watch....yup it's the 21st.....and it's 7:30.  Luckily they were just getting set-up and I snuck through while they were not paying attention.  This happened to me on Memorial Day and I had to run back around the way I came.

Nice run Bill. Your used to running extra miles.

Are Barry Smith and you going to run the Pocatello Course on August 1st (two Saturday's away) because this week I can run it on Friday, but the next week I can't run it on Friday and will have to do it on Saturday. I know you normally do your long runs on Saturday. If so can I ride up with you guys on August 1st?

I know this is far out and probably haven't an idea what your doing, but I just wanted to know.
