Running Accomplishments:

I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.

But I'm all done with that now.  I'm officially a jogger.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My running goal is to keep on keepin' on.

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Jog into the sunset.

Just trying to maintain a little running.  I have been skiing everyday with my sis since her birthday.

I can finally get back to running now that my sis is gone.  It was a fun 8 days.  But now I need to get some sleep and get back to my routine.

I am proud to say that after 8 days straight of partying hard, I only gained 3 pounds.  It seems miraculous in light of the parties, the restaurants, and birthday cake(s) (plural).

I ran 5 regular miles and then walk/jogged the last 3.  I wanted to do my normal Saturday 8-10, but wasn't up to it yet.
