I had to go back to the elliptical. My tendon was so sore from Friday and Monday. But I will persevere. I'll walk/jog once or twice a week as I build up my ellpitical minutes from 30, 40 to 50 minutes (and so on). I continue the stretching they taught me in PT. I don't know how to read mileage on my elliptical. The reading says I did 5,354 steps in 40 minutes (I used to only be able to do about 3,000 in 30). |
