Glad you got a nice de-stressor run in. Hope to see you Wednesday, and my love and prayers to you and the family!

Thank you Rachel. It's a bad situation. I still think I might make the run tomorrow, but I will have to see. I do need to be available to drive up to Logan at any moment.

I'm so sorry! I just had a friend lose her 13 year old Sunday night, so I can understand the urgency of/and your importance. We'd love to have you, but fortunately there is more to life than running!

Sadly, this accident could have been avoided if certain choices were made....there were many damages, and criminal consequences. I will have to run with you to give you the whole story. Unfortunately it's way more complicated than "just" the accident. We are devastated for my sister & brother in law. This is their star child. What time are we meeting tomorrow anyway? Where do I get the details if I can make it?

PS, that is horrible about your friend's 13 year old. I don't think there could be anything worse than losing a child.
