I had the best treadmill run today.  I should count 3.5 of these as fast miles since they were under 9's.  I just felt great on the treadmill and I sheepishly admit to watching the rest of The Proposal.  I felt really bad about saying how much I thought it sucked last week, and after asking a few others who said they liked it, decided to finish it. The second half was better than the first (once I got past all the cheesy character development).  In the end, it was a little better than I originally opined.  Also, with all this frenzy recently about New Moon (sorry girls, I wish I could get into it, but just can't--I read the book and hated it) it made me feel a little guilty I was having trouble finishing a regular romantic comedy. I need to work a little on my sustained disbelief-which could actually make me a nicer person to be around.

Glad you got a good TM run in! It's hard to do that most days.

I'm with you on both Proposal and Twilight. Never read the book, don't really care to. Proposal was nice, but I don't LOVE it like so many others do. New Moon looks like a descent movie, so I'll check it out...maybe in the dollar theater :)

I feel like such a grouch for not liking those kinds of movies. I read those books--I thought they were alright. But when I heard how bad the first movie was, I couldn't believe they made a second. I know it's fun to get into fantasy sometimes, I wish I could, but I apparently just can't do it on cue. Bah humbug :(

I have not read any Twilight books. Saw Twilight at a dollar movie and did NOT like it. Have no interest in reading or seeing New Moon. Proposal was funny but the plot is lame. I can't wait to see Blindside though. I like Sandra Bullock.

NICE TM run. I thought about you running w/o Garmin on my run this morning. When and what is your next race?

I don't know coach, what is my next race? I always run the Moab Half Marathon in March. But aside from that, I sort of planned Boston as my next race. I guess they are planning a girl's weekend away for Painter's. I may not be able to go that weekend though.
