I was tempted to take the whole week off.  But I'm headed to Austin this week and promised my old pal that I'd run around his lake.  So I can't give up this week before I do that.  I am looking forward to running in a new place and seeing new things. But overall, I do feel I need to cross train more on the bike and run less right now.  The cold is wrecking my hips again.  So next week I'll do more excersize, just less running.

How about some jazzercise? Or Sweating to the Oldies?

That reminds me Michelle-- do you think I can borrow those superman head and wrist sweatbands? I want to see if they match my rainbow leg warmers before Jazzersize.

Superman???? I don't have any. Are you thinking of someone else?

I've got a classic VHS recording of Jane Fonda if you're interested! :) And some matching leg warmers!

One day while ellipticalling, you complained of excessive sweating so I sent you a link to some appropriate excersize gear (superman sweatbands). I thought for sure you'd run right out and buy them. I guess I'll have to borrow Rachael's, and her tape of Jane Fonda. Now, where is my leotard....you know the one I'm talking about....
