10 mm -- That's what Rachel and Smooth said. I ran sans Garmin. I am so grateful for sweet running friends, and I am exceptionally grateful to be able to run 10 miles with some ease and minimal pain. Tweak the carb intake somewhere near the mid point and I should be golden. Such a lovely morning to be outside, running. One of the single best days I've had in a long long time.

UM... 9:44!!! Only one mile over 10:00 and it was a 10:05. I need to post splits.

I had a wonderful morning running with you as well. It has been much too long!

I can't begin to tell you how happy and excited I was to see you and run with you! It has been a LONG time! You are as beautiful as ever! Thank you for coming all the way to run with me and for the yummy Kneader's brunch! :)

Let's get together again next week! :)
