Ran 4.3 in the morning and 3.2 in the evening. 300 sit ups, 60 push ups and  planks. I love doing two separate shorter runs. I feel so good afterwards.  Nothing hurts.  It's just long enough to get up a good sweat, and short enough to keep my energy.  Had lunch today with the girls (Mac, Kelli, Josse, Marion, Melody and Michelle) in honor of Michelle's visit from Hong Kong. I've missed her whole visit, but was luckier than the rest, I got an extra hour sitting at the restaurant before lunch.  I've missed Michelle.  It was so good to see Marion, Josse and the rest.  Without running races, I juts don't see anyone anymore. I miss it.  But I am grateful for what I can still do. Also, my arms look and feel pretty good from all the yoga. I'll be able to lotus again so help me.
