I rode 19 miles on the stationary and did 300 sit ups, 40 push ups.  Later on couldn't resist being outside and ran 2 easy miles for lunch.  But also, I registered for the Utah Valley Marthon on June 13th.  If Marion and I are doing it, you all are doing it. So, as they say; Just Do It.

Besides which 100% of the proceeds go to charity.  Now that's a race I can feel good about.

I have been thinking about it, I will just see what happens. Did you see the little video he has on the website. I am on it feeling a little dorky coming after Jill S. see is so natural in front of the camera, I am not.

Josse, it's a wing-it sort of deal for me. A 100% non injurious run in my hometown with friends. I'm excited about running a marathon right past my own house (in case I have to use the rest-room and or take a quick nap before the end:)

What video? On the RunUV site. I'll look.
