Skied a gorgeous blue bird morning--perfect velvety corduroy and 3 inches of sweet new powder tucked in between the trees. I realized, as I did up my boots that the foot pain is from the boots. It snowed 20 inches a few Saturdays ago and I tightened my boots really, really tight to be sure to have good contact. I skied 5 hours straight and in addition to wrecking my knee the next day, I'd also bruised my toenails. Can someone hit the rewind button take us back to 2010?
