Personal:
2 miles of short sprints in the morning. Then 3 miles at 7:43 average pace in the afternoon. Very hard strong run done in the second part
10 mile bike ride with Jen. Not hard as I was on a road bike and she had her mountain bike and a bike stroller. But still fun.
5 miles done in sprints....can't remember the details right now.
8 miles today. It felt great.I was only going 9:30 pcae, but I was also pushing a double stroller with my 2 year old inside. Jen was with me for the first 3.
22 awesome miles today all by myself! I'm so proud of myself.
