Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

8.5 miles this afternoon. Helped get the Chocolate Milk Mile ready this afternoon and then ran 7.5 miles with Dave from Confluence Park to the Bloomington Loop and then back along the River Trail. Lots of fun talking with him about lots of stuff.

14.2 miles this morning. 10.15 miles with Trevor out into the fields and then added on after I dropped him off. 28 degrees but it felt really warm. Sweaty mess.

6:51/mile. Felt like I was back on track this week from getting over the sickness.
