| | 6 miles in the morning. 8.5 miles in the early evening. Nice easy 6 miler this morning over into Santa Clara and back. I went out along the Snow Canyon Parkway again this evening. The weather was wonderful and it felt good to get out and move the legs. I am feeling better and better each day. Knock on wood!

| | 4 miles in the morning. 5 miles in the afternoon. Nice and easy over into Santa Clara this morning. I got 3 miles in right after school but then needed to fix the tail light on my scooter. It was a pain but I was able to get it done and then went out for another 2 easy miles.

| | 4 miles in the morning. 10 miles in the evening. I slept in a little this morning but managed to get a few miles in. I got home from work and decided to head out towards Kayenta. I enjoy this run because it is rolling and a nice change of scenery (Their are no cars ever out there and I can look at multi-million dollar homes. It makes me realize people spend way to much money on houses these days!) I pushed the pace on the way back and ended up averaging just over 7:00/mile for the entire run. It was a great evening for a run. Loved it!

| | 6 miles in the morning. 6 miles in the afternoon. Another easy 6 miles over into Santa Clara this morning. Fun run along Snow Canyon Parkway this evening. I really don't like how dark it gets. I guess I should get used to not running in the daylight for a while.

| | I went over to Clyde's house to chat with him for a little bit and then we decided to run out by my place. It was fun having Clyde in my neck of the woods. We went out into Kayenta and really enjoyed the cooler temps with a crystal clear sky. It was nice looking at all of the stars this evening. We negative split by about 4 minutes on the way back. Clyde was pushing it! |

Met over at the new Maverick this morning for a nice run out on the trails with the boys. We encountered lots of sand, rocks, and groomed terrain. We had a great time talking about a number of different topics. We ran out just above Coral Canyon. I hadn't been out that way before so it was a nice change of scenery. The sun was shining and it wasn't cold at all. It is for runs like this I moved down here. It was a perfect day! I did a bunch of yardwork to "cool down" for the week. This was one of the best weeks I've had running in a while. I just need to consistently keep it going.
