I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High. |

| | 6 miles this afternoon with the team. 2 mile warm up to BHNP, 2 mile tempo in the thick stuff, 2 miles back to the school. It is quite warm in the afternoon now. |

| | 3 miles in the morning to the bridge. 9 miles this afternoon out on the trails off of Navajo Dr. in Bloomington. Lots of fun today running with the team. Kept the pace honest on the trails. I added on a little bit after the team was done. Got a little bit of climbing in but not much.

| | 10.20 miles this morning with Clyde. Did our usual loop this morning. Temps were a little warmer. Kept the pace nice and smooth. I was quite tired. Needed a VRPB also. 6 miles this afternoon wearing my Old Cat Lady costume. It was nice and hot but the rest of the team were good sports with dressing up. We did a mini Indian Run workout. Nothing crazy but needed to give the team a little rest with their legs.

| | 3 miles in the morning. 7 miles in the afternoon. Big workout with the boys. We did it a little backwards today due to the football game. We did a mile warm up, 6x400m w/400m recovery, 4xMcGruff's Revenge, and then 4x200m finishes on the grass with a slight cool down. Nice workout.
