Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

10 miles from my parent's house towards Warner Valley. Cloudy and then sunny in the afternoon. Perfect temps. 6:48/mile.

12 miles total this morning. Ran from my house over to meet up with Dace. We looped around Stone Cliff. Lots of Moms out getting much needed exercise before they become teachers starting Monday. Interesting times right now. Ran back to the house after meeting up with Dace.

Ran from my house over to Confluence Park. I met up with Steve and Josh. Did the extended Mayor's Loop and then continued a little more with Josh towards the Bloomington loop. He flipped and I extended to do the entire loop. Saw some of my runners out. It made me happy. 17 total miles. 7:31/mile overall. Solid run to finish off probably the craziest week ever.
