AM- Well, that was the hardest workout I've done in a long time. The 30 sec. ones were all right. The 800's I kinda fell behind, and the 1000's I really started to fall behind. I started to tighten up too. Thanks for pushing me coach at the end, that helped me a ton. I'm going to stretch like crazy today. Atleast there's an easy 3 this afternoon. :)
PM- Easy 3. I ran with JP, Stoner, and Mia. It was a blast and a half. Taylor didn't run with us because we decided to be mean and made her do her 1000's that she decided to skip out on this morning. (just kidding about the skipping out thing, but we really did make her do her 1000's). :P |
