| | Well, this was the saddest 3 miles I've ran in a long time. It took me 33 minutes and 17 seconds... My knees kinda' hurt too, but I guess that they hurt every time I don't run for a while then start running again. And Coach, I won't be at summer practice until Thursday (Youth Conference). | Add Comment |
| | I can tell I haven't ran for a while. It felt like I raced those three miles today. I guess it will get easier. I ran with Maquel for the first mile, then she stopped, so I ran by myself for the last 2 miles. It was great! I love summer practice! :) | Add Comment |

Eating right before a run = (equals) no bueno. I felt complete sick the whole run and had bad cramps. This 3 miles took me 34 minutes and 28 seconds. That's super sad..... I learned my lesson to not eat right before I run. Yeah.... never doing that again.... I still feel sick. I love running! :) | Add Comment |

| | I love the grass at Pine View Park! This run was great. I ran with Coach Roberts and Kaelie G. It was a party! Maquel and Chancie stayed with us for a half a mile, but then they turned back. I love running at Pine View Park.... We need to run there again. Hopefully there won't be a dead cat on the road when we run there again. :) | Add Comment |
| | I ran with my dad again. He's gotten a lot faster.... So I can bearly keep up with him.... And of course I had to go to the bathroom. But thankfully we ran by some construction and there was a porta-potty there, so I just went to the bathroom there. After that, I kinda went my own pace, so of course my dad went way ahead of me. Today's run was awesome! Kaelie and I kept up with the Varsity Girls! Thanks Rachel for "tying your shoes". :) I told Kaelie that if she stays with me in running, she will have a really good chance to be on varsity.... but she says she doesn't like the spandex shorts... oh well, it's just one of the things you have to bare through to be on varsity. :D Kids Club was super fun! Jason (my little brother) got 4th out of everybody in his race. I am very proud. Summer Practice is the best! | Add Comment |

So I decided to take the long way home, but the long way home turned out to be 2 miles, not just one. I hope that doesn't hurt me too bad. But the weather was nice. | | Ok... Today's run seemed a little harder than the 5 last week. It was SO hot! Kaelie and I were going to die! When we were almost done with that hill, we started to speed up, because, we were just super excited. But that made me so super tired... so we took it easy for a little bit of the run. Kaelie and I ran with Taylor Monett. (Is that how you spell is last name?) Anyway... He is a way good runner, I mean if he kept up with me and Kaelie, he has to be fast! I didn't feel that great today..... I kinda' had a headache and a stomachache. But when we passed Erin, that's when I fell behind the most. But she said to keep on going, so I began to think that I shouldn't be falling behind. And I pushed myself to catch up to the girls, and I did! It was awesome, but supah' hard. Today's run was way better than yesterday's! I think it's because I drank more water yesterday. Drinking water really makes a difference! But I still think I am no drinking enough. But after running the 4 miles, my hip started to hurt... not a sideache though.... It just hurts. Then after striders, it hurt even more. But now, I can bearly walk. I am limping so bad. | | Before I ran today, my hip didn't hurt at all... but right when I started running, it began to hurt again. Then it started to go away near the end of the run. Now the pain starting to come back again. I am going to stretch like crazy. It was a super nice run. I about broke my ankle 15+ times. That was a party. Coach Roberts was running with Stoner and Mia, but then he decided to be nice and wait for Aubrey and me. Aubrey is really improving so much! It was super nice weather today.
