AM- Started morning runs! Easy 3. Did some yoga, felt good.
PM- Trail run!! I felt great on the way back, but they way there was something else. The downhill was beautiful... I kinda landed on my foot weird, then my ankle began hurting, but I think my body is finally getting used to me being spazzy, cuz the pain doesn't last as long! What I figured out from today, I have some amazing driving skills!! :)
