Well, today during the workout I wasn't all there. I let my mind take over my body. So whenever my mind said that I hurt, I would slow down..... that wasn't a great idea. Plus I was super dehydrated.... :P My very last 1000 was my worst one..... my time was like 4:08.... but my other 3 I guess were alright. I just got to push harder and enter the next level of pain... |
