I didn't feel that great today..... I kinda' had a headache and a stomachache.  But when we passed Erin, that's when I fell behind the most.  But she said to keep on going, so I began to think that I shouldn't be falling behind.  And I pushed myself to catch up to the girls, and I did!  It was awesome, but supah' hard.  I think I'm just way dehydrated.  I need to drink more water.  Thanks Erin!  (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

It's not how you run on your best days but how you gut it out on your worst days that says the most about you. You are supah tough. Sip on some water all day long. That will help.

Any one can run well when they feel great - like coach said, it is how you push on junker days that will make you a true champion. Good job getting through it.
