Oh my goodness!  I am the JV Regions champ!!!!!  I am speedy.  This was my best mental race too.  I loved today's race! :D WOO HOO!!!!  I BROKE 6!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT I GOT LIKE AN 8 SECOND P.R.!!!!!!!!!  This is the greatest race ever! :D

(I'll put my 2 mile stuff on Friday...)
