| | AM: 9 miles into downtown, then to Walmart and back home. Off to Coos Bay... PM: 9 miles in Coos Bay. From the hotel into North Bend, to Walmart and the Community College, then past Bay Clinic to City Subs. Grabbed some dinner and then ran to the hotel. Tired. |

| | 20 mile run around GP. Ran into Fruitdale, then over to Walmart, past the HS and up to Club NW. Still needed 6 miles so instead of a straight shot home, I had to zig-zag a bit on Hillcrest, Savage, Midland, A Street and M Street on my way home. 18.5 mile warm up and then a 1 mile tempo (5:08) and 800 meter jog back to the house. Perhaps my longest warm-up ever. Haha... |

| | Camping this weekend withthe family at Applegate Lake. I didn't run until just before lunch as I didn't want to bail on the family first thing in the morning when they needed a fire, breakfast, etc. Anyway, ran one mile north, then returned south for 3 miles, the whole time on the trail that skirts along the lake. Had some memories of when my dad and I ran the 18 miles around the lake back in 2009. Good times! Anyway, I returned back via the highway to speed things up. |
