Treadmill. I don't think my achilles likes the treadmill. But I didn't pack warm clothing to run outside in the single digit temps. Poor planning on my part.

PM: 3.2 miles around the hotel and corporate offices. It was bitter cold and all I had was shorts and a t-shirt. Used some socks as gloves. Still too cold. First time I stepped outside since Sunday.

Made it home to Vancouver last night. Feels good to run in my neighborhood and not on the treadmill at the hotel. Wells loop and costco loop. Best I've felt since October or September.
