Big loop around Evergreen HS on a bunch of roads I've never ran on.  Woke up at 5:30 and couldn't sleep so I headed for my run.  Ran around Union HS, Timbers, and then north on a road before the church.  Only other time I've been on that road was when driving with a realator and looking at houses to buy.  Not pleasant memories...

Eventually connected up with 164th to 4th Plain, then took a gues on which street to head south on.  Otherwise, I'd be stuck on some major roads/free-way interchanges, etc over by the mall.  Anyway, I selected to right road and came past Evergreen HS and Winco before heading home via 172nd and Mill Plain.  I was planning only 17 with some tempo sections, but I wasn't feeling up to the quicker pace and I figured the time on my feet, at a slower pace, would be just as beneficial.

Averaged 6:48/mile for 20 miles.
