I've used Strava the past couple of years, but realized I liked the this website because
1) my data goes back a decade+ pre-strava
2) it's easier to see montly and yearly totals
3) race logs
So with that, here's some data for my future reference: I started tracking in 2005, but that was a low year as I was deployed overseas with the military. Prior to that, I was running 3 times a week, maybe 25 miles a week at most. Who knows the totals between 1996-2004? Since then; 05-96, 06-783, 07-921, 08-2034, 09-2497, 10-2858, 11-3318, 12-3333, 13-2641, 14-2055, 15-2525, 16-2545, 17-1941, 18-2222, 19-1903, 20-2382, 21-2176, 22-2145
From 2005-2022: 36,247 total miles. I've been running since 1996 and other than a couple minor injuries, I've been pretty healthy. We'll see how long this continues. Otherwise, there's always pickleball...
