10 miles on the treadmill tonight during the Jazz game. I've never done more than 6 on a treadmill--I was shocked that I managed to go this far. That goes to show what a good basketball game can do to distract the boredom. My legs felt great--the best they've felt in 2 weeks. Not sure why? I used the stick consistently the past couple days and stretched good as well so I'm sure that has helped. Boston (87)
