| | Ran 5.5 with Ryan and then 1.5 more to cool down. Pushed Ryan to a 6:29 final mile, his stroller PR. :) We've had the stroller for two weeks and it's been an awesome purchase. The rains are coming next week so we may not get out much in the upcoming months.

| | Modified hospital loop. I ran across the freeway and then a loop behind the hospital, then home the same way. Pretty good course for hills but it's sort of a pain to cross through town and over the freeway.

| | River trail. Pro: away from traffic, portion on wood-chip trail. Con: many turns, hard to get into a rhythm, garmin worthless. It's good for a couple runs per week though.

Decent loop that I'll run again. I climbed Boones Ferry Rd and took a left after the HS. Followed the road to 65th and north to the hospital. Looped behind the hospital and then home over the freeway. Lots of hills but not much of a shoulder. Legs feeling good as I continue to increase weekly mileage and I'm happy to be running again.

| | Great run today. I ran to the high school and discovered the cross country course that loops around the school and city park next to it. It's an awesome gravel trail that had cement markings (like headstones) every 400 meters. The school's acreage is huge--a track/football field, two practice fields, soccer field, 6 tennis courts and the city park next to it. It will be great to get off the roads and away from traffic a couple times a week.

| | River trail to Tigard HS then looped around past the shopping mall. Found a pull-up bar around mile 5 so I jumped up and did 20 pull-ups. Going to play basketball tonight. Hope I don't roll an ankle like usual. Cumulus (342)

| | Random course behind Fred Meyer and next to I-5. Came out on Boones Ferry Rd just south of the HS, then returned home. I picked up the pace the last 2 miles and it felt really good to do so.
