5 mile warm up around Albertsons and St. Mary's and then to the track for some speed work. I decided on 6 x 1200 with 400m jog between each. I was a little too conservative in the beginning but it was the first track work in quite a while and I wasn't sure what I could expect. The last two indicate that I can push harder next time when I start my workout. I also think that 400m jog between is too much rest (generally I came through at 1:50) but 200m (60 seconds) doesn't seem like enough. Not today anyway. We'll see... 2 mile cool down.
