Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Treadmill at the rec center with Jenny again.  Didn't feel quite as good as Friday.  Still good to get up and get some miles in.

Treadmill again with Jenny.  My back was bad again so i had to do more walking than running today.  at least I did get to do some running.  This back thing is driving me crazy.

totally guessing on the miles - walking out on Ocean Beach pier and all around the GasLamp district of downtown san diego.
