I am married to the greastest guy and I have 5 awesome kids - 17, 16, 13, and 5 yr old twins.

Memorial Day - 1st time I ran with Paul since beginning program. It was fun to run together.
45 min, 6 reps outside. Did extra 5 minute walking at end.
Went at 8:30 p - beautiful weather but prefer going in the mornings.
Did the same route from Monday with Paul, this time with Desiree and Jenny.

Felt good, nice weather, went with no breakfast.
