FINISHED my FIRST (and maybe LAST) Marathon!!

Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

TOUGH run - lots of aches and pains - neck, hip, thigh  -- walked through it.

First of what I really considered a LONG RUN!!

1:44, 12:55 avg pace, 20 reps.  Fun run with Erica and Jenny.  Leslie met us at the end.

Beautiful course - along Wasatch Blvd out to Draper.

My knees hurt all day - used ice and IB.  Felt better by Sunday.

Great accomplishment!!
