It was a good long run today.  Went with Leslie, Jenny and Desiree.  We did our favorite route along Wasatch Blvd.  We even saw two deer and Desiree saw a skunk.

I had no energy for almost the whole first half but then felt better and perked up for the second half.  I felt like we ran a good pace most of the time.  We did a bit more walking than we were scheduled for but that's okay.

Here's the stats:

9 miles in 1:50/ avg pace was 12:10 on a 10/1 interval.  The last 2 miles leslie and I ran all of it and in the 10 min avg pace.

The best thing is I recovered so much better this week than last week.  no bathroom troubles and went right out and did a project with a friend of mine.  Did end up taking a nap for a little bit this afternoon for about 45 min but was woken up by a phone call.
