Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

I went with Leslie to do a trail run up Millcreek Canyon.  It was great!!  It was beautiful and pretty flat for the most part.  I felt much better today and ran most of the time without stopping.  The scenery was beautiful and it was a great change of pace.

Sounds like a great run this morning. I love the beautiful scenery kind of runs. Especially when it's not a race so you can soak it all in. Great start to the day!
