1.5 mile run to Red Hook track 4x440yds @ 72", 76", 76", 77" (supposed to be at 80") with 220yds walking recovery (Recovery walk took about 2'20") 1.5 mile run back from track to home. This was a lot of fun, though I again had a hard time hitting pace exactly. I would glance at my watch at 220 and see 31", and have to slow down for the second furlong.
