That .01 is important. Today was okay, as far as my pace goes I was really glad about it. But my left knee is killing me. I felt like I was hobbling the first mile until I could warm up. I ran to the gym, and tried to lift and could barely do leg presses because the pressure on my knee hurt so bad. I'm going to go get a band for it tonight becuase when I pushed the point of pain, it helped relieve it so I'm thinking a band will help.
I ran home from gym and then around a bit to get 5. Then I was late for work. ha ha, it's worth it, I really wanted to get 5.
