I ran to Gold's, did abs and quads, and then ran back. This is the first time I have ever run to the gym and I was nervous I was going to get there and be too dead and tired to run back home and I would be trapped there forever! But here i am at work, so needless to say I survived.

I don't know how long it took me, Merri- Can you bring your stop watch Saturday? Thank you so much.

All in all with work out and run i was gone 1 hour.

Sisters, love it! Wish I could get my sister to run with me. She lives 3 minutes away, but she is a good walking partner (and half my size, dang it!!)

britta- ha ha the shredding.... well not so good. I decided I'm starting next monday :). And also, I'm just going to have to do all my workouts in the morning because I can't quite convince myself at night to do it. How is it going for you?! You're almost to 30 days
