4 miles on the track 9:03 9:13 8:52 9:09 then a 9 mile out and back to the track with two more miles around the track 8:09 and 7:79.  I felt very strong during this run.  The out and back portion is uphill, 4.5 up 4.5 down.

9.6 miles from downtown through Memory Grove and 2 miles up City Creek Canyon.  Ran with two other people, stopped a few times, which is always a few times more than I ever want to stop but what the heck, my goal was to simply log some miles and have a good time, which I did.
