Same old story, fell apart the last 6 miles. I felt like I had trained to hit at least 3:35, "A" goal 3:30 "B" goal 3:35 "C" goal sub 3:39:59. I am sick and tired of finishing a Marathon only to be disappointed. I thought I had trained well enough, I PR'd every race I ran over the last year but this one. I am looking forward to more hard/smart training with the help of this blog. |
