Shin splint bothering me. Taking a few days off running to see if I can clear it up. Besides, it's raining in San Diego. 45 minutes easy on elliptical.
In DC where it is snowing/raining so I was confined to the hotel gym. Did a test run on TM and shin splint still present. Decided not to run any further and risk making it worse for a crap TM run. Did yoga and core work instead and a litle uphill TM walking
