Went to PT to get evaluated on running form. I haven't been able to string together very many good weeks of training lately. Video showed I am overstriding - especially on right leg and legs too close together. Bad ground force angles. Homework.

1. Think about running cues: (a) landing foot closer to body and (b) knees have headlights on them, and they have to point forward.

2. Stretch: calves, hamstrings, roll arches, work on big toe mobility, foot crunches for strengthing arch/getting more neural pathways to foot, calf raises.

3. Exercises: monster walks, clam shells, bridges.
