I've decided that I need to start blogging again as that's always been the best way to improve my training. I've been running most days (around five miles), but I'm still way out of shape. It's been helpful to run with some of the people here at work.
It was windy and raining lightly when I went out about noon. The wind and the rain gradually picked up, but once I was warmed up, it felt great. Average pace was only 8:52, but I wasn't really pushing it as I did a couple of harder workouts earlier in the week.
