Very warm this morning with the cloud cover. We've had daytime temperatures in the high 80's the last couple of days and it hasn't been cooling down that much at night. Ran in shorts and a long sleeve shirt at 5:30 am and was a little overheated by the end. Ran just below threshold pace for most of the run. Picked it up at the end. Generally felt better than yesterday. Saw lots of people out this morning (fourteen or so). |
