| I was awake before 5:00 am, but hoped to get back to sleep. I should have just gotten up at that point. The soreness is still there starting out, but I can start picking up the pace once I get warmed up. | Add Comment |

| Walked with Laureen for a couple of miles. Temperatures in the low 40's, but humidity was high. Started to rain lightly on the way back. She had foot surgery in November, but is recovering nicely. Her doctor cleared her to start jogging after her checkup on Tuesday. She managed about a mile yesterday, but her foot was swollen today. I ran after we got back. | Add Comment |
