You can't judge a run by the first few miles... runs are just like books! :) Hang in there! Are you keeping above 100? Do it for me! ;P

Glad I'm not the only one! During the beginning of my last half marathon I was worried because I felt so crappy for the first 4 or 5. But at least now I know it's kind of the norm.

And Marion, after my 12 mile run today I ate a meal from chick fila with a peppermint chocolate chip milkshake. So that should help :)

AWW, that milkshake sound delicious!!! Our Chick Fil A does not have and fun flavors like that! But do you not just LOVE Chick Fil A????
