3 tempo- 9:56, 9:23, 8:40 (the last was under 7 min. pace! not bad for hilly trails) 

switched it up for the cool down because people were looking at me funny because i kept running in circles

Thanks! I'm already feeling sore, so it must have been better than I thought!

My next race is a 10k next weekend. It is my first since I really understood distance running, so as long as I don't get hurt, puke or pass out it should be an automatic PR :) That's always nice!

i thought people were giving me funny looks today too. i will take running in circles over running nowhere (treadmill) any day. :)
